Who doesn't love to have the sweetest dreams. Nothing worse than having your mind racing, tossing and turning all night in desperate need of some shut eye. Well let me tell you I purchased the Sweet Dreams Wellness Set on sale mainly for my partner. He couldn't be happier finally getting a full night's sleep instead of waking up hours before the alarm is set to go off. The essential oil blend of Frankincense, Lavender and Cinnamon is truly amazing. It has become a bedtime ritual of placing a few drops in our diffuser a good hour or so before sleeping time. The scent is extremely relaxing and ever so calming. Spraying the mist around the room just encourages peacefulness. Finally the roll on blend is applied to the temples, wrists and under the nose. Lights are out and it's a good night slumber from us.
