How to use

Essential Oil Blend

Add 3-5 drops to the ultrasonic diffuser to enhance your mood. Or dilute 2-4 drops with a 10mL carrier oil to use for massage.

Roll-on

Apply the roll-on to pulse points near the face such as the neck and temples or underneath your nose.

Mist

Prepare for a peaceful night by spraying the mist gently on the pillow, yourself and around. Avoid spraying on your face and eyes.
